Getting Back to Routine

Hey,

I am finally going to get back to my routine. I slacked big time when I was in Tenerife last month, I did plan to work out while I was there, I did the first day but then.. Of course (for one that never burns) I burnt my skin in all areas where wearing gym clothes wasn't going to be pleasant. That and I was pouring aloe vera on to keep my skin cool. Someone should have probably reminded me that it was African sun.

Anyways, I'm getting back to it and no more slacking. Since my gym membership expired, I decided I wouldn't join again until after summer and that I would just assemble my own collection of weights for home workouts and whatnot (One thing I absolutely want in my own place is a home gym). I use Fitness Blender videos for home workouts. The popular Fitness Blender is a great website run by husband and wife, Daniel and Kelli Segars. There are hundreds of videos on their YouTube channel and website  free of charge. Their videos have a range of different times to suit different lifestyles, difficulty levels from 1-5 for beginners and the experienced, videos that focus on your upper, core, lower or total body and convenient videos that don't require any equipment. If gym memberships are too much of an expense, if going to the gym isn't your thing and if you really do want to lose weight/tone/become more fit.. I recommend Fitness Blender videos.
Another thing about Fitness Blender I appreciate is their "8 Week Fat Loss Program to Lose Weight & Tone Up Fast" I have Round 1 out of 4. I have had it for a year and I still use it because it's easy if you don't know where to start or when to have rest days etc. The program gives you a day to day plan for your work out for the 8 weeks. It is excellent value for only 7.39 euro. They also do meal plans for 8 weeks to suit vegetarians, vegans and omnivores, I haven't tried one yet though but you can buy their programs here
